實驗室負責人簡介

廖新化，男，教授，2000年本科畢業于蘭州大學，2005年博士畢業于中科院上海生命科學研究院生化與細胞所，2005－2013年間先後在美國國立衛生研究院糖尿病、消化道疾病及腎病研究所、美國貝勒醫學院細胞與基因治療研究中心從事博士後研究。2014-2017年任福建醫科大學轉化醫學研究院閩江學者特聘教授。2017年起任上海大學生命科學學院特聘教授。

主要研究領域

1. 生物藥研發：利用基因和幹細胞療法預防和治療皮膚相關疾病，如脫發、白發、創傷、白癜風、疤痕、皮膚衰老等，以及高效遞送基因到皮膚的載體開發。

2. 分子機制研究：利用動物模型研究毛乳頭關鍵基因對毛囊幹細胞維持、激活和再生的作用以及分子機理

3. 化學藥研發：腫瘤幹細胞調控的原理和相關靶向藥物的開發
