實驗室負責人簡介

蔡煜東，教授，先後被上海大學聘為“自強教授”、“特聘教授”。95年訪問斯坦福大學，和美國科學院院士Samuel Karlin作序列分析研究；96年于德國EMBL作博士後，師從著名生物信息學家Peer Bork。共發表SCI論文250餘篇，被引用10000餘次，H指數達53，有一篇被Faculty1000評為“必讀論文”；11篇高被引論文（ESI）,其中1篇被評為“熱點論文”（hot paper）。任 《BBA Proteins and Proteomics》(IF=2.6)等國際著名學術期刊編委。2009年被著名的“ISMB”國際會議聘為組委會委員。2016和2017年，入評英國皇家化學會“Top 1%高被引中國作者”。2019年，入選全球排名前十萬名科學家榜單， 在1996～2017 的 “22 年綜合榜”中，排名94664。
